Damages & Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@topperfumes.net so we can assist you in line with applicable laws.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

European Union (if we ship to the EU)

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, pursuant to EU cooling-off rules. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging and accompanied by a receipt/proof of purchase.
